Welcome to Family Worship Centre. We’re glad you’ve decided to check us out. Whether you have been a Christian for years or are simply interested in finding out more regarding what Christianity is all about, there’s a place for you here.
We think our church is great, but let’s be honest; it can also be intimidating if you don’t know what goes on inside. We remember what if feels like to walk through our doors for the first time; not knowing what to expect, where to sit, what to wear, when to arrive. We want to make your experience here as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We’re quite casual and it’s rather like a large family get-together.
Our service includes worship and praise music as well as a spoken message. We start at 11:00 am (10:30 during the summer) and run for an hour and a half. Children are welcome to join us in the Sanctuary for the beginning of the service and then move to our Children’s Church downstairs for fun, games and Bible lessons.
If you are looking for more in-depth Bible teaching we run an Adult Bible School before service each Sunday from 10:00-11:00 am. We also have a number of learning and social activities available during the week to allow you to grow in Christ and get to know others.
Our Welcome Volunteers will be happy to answer any question that you may have and we invite you to fill out a Connection Card when you visit. You can also reach out to us by phone or email if you have any other questions. We’re not perfect and we don’t expect you to be either. It’s simply our desire to walk along with you as we together pursue a deeper relationship with Christ. We hope that you will join us as we strive to live a life that’s pleasing to God.
We believe that church is much more than just a service on Sunday morning; it’s also about growing together and strengthening relationships with your brothers and sisters in Christ.
We encourage you to get connected with one of our Small Groups as well as join us for prayer. We also have periodic events and socials which you can find on our calendar and in our weekly bulletin.
